    There are no hidden charges on any of our properties. We do have statutory fees which we always inform our subscribers about.

    Statutory fees include Survey, documentation and developmental fee which varies depending on the estate location and title.

    Plot size varies depending on the layout of the estates. Available plot sizes in our various estates are 650sqm, 600sqm, 500sqm, 450qm, 100-by-100 and 50-by-100.
